In saying that; I generally find the doctors quite helpful and willing to listen.

There is one brilliant doctor that works here by the name of Dr Grant Blaski. He is doing himself an injustice by working for St Kilda Superclinic. In particular, I would not recommend Maryam Lak or Phillip Soffer. Their treatment of me has been despicable to say the least. Maryam Lak only gave me enough medication for 4 days and told me to come back and see Grant Blaski. When I returned to see this wonderful doctor, I was told he was on holiday for two months. I saw Phillip Soffer who tops the charts for being the worst GP ever. Please refer to my review on Phillip Soffer on Google. I implore you not to see this doctor. In fact, I will never return to this clinic ever again after the way I have been treated by two incompetent doctors. Stay away if you know what’s good for you!!!

Don't go here! Especially don't see Dr Manju Salaria...she is appalling. So rude. Disgusting! I sent an email to management, got no reply.

Staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and informative. The doctor, however, had me waiting 45 minutes on my 10:30 pm appointment. I went in for a routine STI test, but since I'm not a resident of Australia and don't have healthcare, I was told when booking my appointment that I was just meant to go in to get a form from the doctor and get the tests done at a pathology clinic. I told the doctor what I was in for and he basically threw me some swabs and a urine jar and booted me out the door. I didn't feel like he was listening to me at all; he stared at his computer the whole time, and even when I told him that I was told not to do the tests there, he ignored me and didn't bother to check whether I was an Australian resident. I collected the samples in the bathroom there, and when I took them to the front desk they told me they couldn't take them and I had to take them to a pathology clinic (as I was originally told). All in all it was a confusing, embarrassing and frustrating experience, and I had to hide a jar of my own piss in my hostel dorm for two days before I could take it to a pathologist. If you can avoid this clinic, I would say do so.

I have mixed reviews for the clinic. In my own opinion, the staff are friendly and the doctors are generally quite good, when you get to see them. The Walk-in process is shocking. Again; my opinion is the doctors actively avoid seeing the walk-in patients. This is evident as you can generally time a patient in the room for 5-9 minutes but the doctor then spends 20 minutes alone in their room post appointment. Especially the doctor in consult room 4. Easy to time these things when you're waiting over 2.5 hours to see a doctor :(

I really disagree with a lot of the negative reviews here. I've seen 3 different doctors here over the years, all of whom were excellent & very attentive and caring. I've always found the reception staff to be friendly & haven't had to wait very long to see a doctor. Great place for bulk billing and to fill in a quick script as well as the skin check service. Great to have a place like this after hours too.
